Overview: The Austin EMBA program provides its students with analytical and strategic thinking skills that are crucial to success in the global market. The program also places a strong emphasis on leadership development and building computational skills to use in marketing and finance.
Program Format: The program is taught on Baylor’s campus in Austin Texas. The teaching method follows an in-class format.
Program Schedule: Baylor offers a 21-month program in Austin, admitting up to 40 working professionals each year, beginning every August. Classes are held on Monday and Thursday evenings from 6:00 P.M. to 10:00 P.M. Other EMBA programs offered by Baylor are offered on Saturdays.
Curriculum: The Baylor EMBA program is delivered in a cohort format and offers a comprehensive curriculum to build business acumen and leadership development skills. There are five semesters in the program.

Class Profile: The average age for entry is 36 years; the range of ages is between 26 and 62 years.
Admission Requirements: Admission to the Baylor EMBA program is competitive. Admissions Directors look for applicants to have at least five years of relevant work experience prior to entering the program; preferably, applicants will have experience in managerial, budgetary, and/or decision-making roles. Applicants also must have an undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university, with an acceptable GPA and demonstrated skill in quantitative course work. Admissions looks for candidates who demonstrate drive and ability in challenging course work that would make them successful in graduate level work. In addition, a current resume, three letters of recommendation, personal essays, and a $100 application fee must be submitted.
