Overview: The Weatherhead EMBA program is based on a constantly changing curriculum that takes working professionals to a new level of strategy and theory as business leaders. Professionals develop leadership skills at the levels of organization, team, society, and self.
Program Format: The program is taught on Case Western Reserve University’s campus in Cleveland, Ohio. Lecture and discussion, as well as group-work and case study methods are used.

Class Profile: Participants are typically 39 years of age with approximately 15 years of professional work experience prior to entering the Weatherhead EMBA program.
Admission Requirements: To be considered for admission applicants must meet the following criteria and submit the following materials:
- Minimum of 10 years’ relevant work experience, with at least five years involving substantial managerial responsibilities
- Potential for career advancement/senior managerial position
- Ability to participate in and contribute to an intensive learning environment
- Time and willingness to make a two-year commitment to attend classes, study group meetings and other required activities
- Evidence of the ability to complete graduate level coursework
