Overview: The HEC Paris School of Management EMBA program is international program composed of 14 core courses, 1 major and 2 professional projects. The HEC Executive MBA is designed to train global leaders. Students are exposed to state-of-the-art management knowledge and the latest tools and techniques through an engaging series of learning activities.
The program is made up of three key components: a core program, a major, and two capstone projects.
Program Format: The HEC EMBA program is available in five locations around the world. These include Paris, Beijing, Shanghai, St. Petersburg, and Doha. The program is designed so that all basic content is the same regardless of the individual track a student may take. There are 8 tracks students take.
Six residential tracks
- Paris Modular, bilingual French/English, Paris Campus,
- Paris English Modular, English, Paris Campus,
- Beijing Modular, English with simultaneous translation into Chinese,
- Shanghai Modular, English with simultaneous translation into Chinese,
- St. Petersburg Modular (Dual Degree with the Graduate School of Management, St. Petersburg University), English,
- Doha Modular, English.
Two non-residential tracks
- Paris One-Day-a-Week, bilingual French/English,
- Paris End-of-Week, bilingual French/English.
Program Schedule: The duration of the HEC EMBA program is 14 to 16 months.

Class Profile: The average of students in the HEC EMBA program is 40 years.
Admission Requirements: Each candidate will meet a Program Advisor to discuss your profile and professional project.
If applicants are considering applying or wish to verify that their profile is adapted to the program, the admissions committee strongly recommends that they complete a preliminary information form.
The admissions team will provide applicants with preliminary feedback on your suitability and invite you to submit a formal application if they find you eligible.
To get a sense of the program, applicants are encouraged to participate in the next information session. At the information session, applicants will meet members of the academic team, alumni and current participants who will help you to better understand the admission process and the program.
The application file is available online and along with this candidates will need to include a resume, their company’s organizational chart, two letters of reference and TOEIC or TOEFL score or IELTS.

Preparation of a mini-case study (1h preceding the interview)
Presentation of strategic recommendations and Q&A (20 minutes)

Presentation of the candidate’s professional goals
Contribution the candidate will make to the program and to his/her graduating class.
