Overview: The part-time Executive MBA at the University of Bath holds the same course content as the full-time Executive MBA program, and is for the most part taught in 5-day modules, Monday to Friday. The program places an emphasis on critical thinking and creativity, research, and leadership.
Program Format: The first four classes (modules) are taught on Bath’s campus. The final stage of the program is not taught on campus.
Program Schedule: The program can be completed within 2 years, or be extended to 5 years.

Class Profile: The average age for entry is 36 years.
Admission Requirements: To apply to the program applicants must have a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience for entry. In addition, applicants must submit two completed Bath MBA reference forms, official college transcripts, a detailed and up-to-date resume, a personal statement, IELTS or TOEFL for international students, and a GMAT score of 600+ for applicants with less than four years of professional and relevant work experience.

Essays: The personal statement should be around 1000 words and should answer the following questions:
◦ The factors that have contributed to your decision to embark on an MBA? Why have you decided to apply for the Bath MBA program specifically? What are your professional goals and how will the Bath MBA help you achieve them?
◦ A significant number of our students possess international managerial experience. Please reflect upon the experience and challenges that you have had while working with people from different backgrounds/cultures other than your own? How have you benefited from this experience?
◦ It is always helpful to reflect upon a professional situation or ethical dilemma you found difficult to resolve. How did you deal with it? What have you learned from this experience?
For candidates ‘at the margin’ of three years relevant business experience please also reflect on the points below which may be used to frame any 1-2-1-telephone conversations.
◦ What are the main challenges facing managers and organizations in the 21st century? Please relate them to an organization you know well.
